My work often lives at the intersection of complexity and clarity: helping users block charges they don’t want, cancel services with confidence, or guide their families’ spending in a way that actually makes sense. I thrive on collaboration and love working through ambiguity — asking the right questions, shaping strategy, and designing systems that are both scalable and human.

I’ve led UX from concept to launch, contributed to design systems, and built everything from onboarding flows to AI-powered avatars.
